The hotel of choice in Medellin. Superfriendly and amicable staff; quick check in. Marvellous location close to a subway station, easy to get around. Particularly nice view, good bar - everything was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The double room was clean and tidy, and cleaned daily. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the secure parking and the rooftop terrace with a great view of the city. The staff were really friendly and responsive. The location was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the Ayura Metro station and close to shops, a big market, and banks. The food in the restaurant was delicious and cheap.

They upgraded my room to a spacious one with a fantastic view, the bed was comfy, and the staff was super helpful.

Cleanliness, hot water, fan, soap and towels provided, nice restaurant, good food.
